Grow Gundy Gift Cards are a unique and convenient gifting solution that keeps shopping dollars local in Goondiwindi.

The Goondiwindi Chamber of Commerce launched the Grow Gundy Gift Card in late 2011 to support our local business community and stimulate Goondiwindi’s & Inglewood’s economy.

Up to $1000 can be loaded onto a single gift card which is valid for three years and can be spent in multiple transactions at more than 40 participating Goondiwindi stores.

The Grow Gundy Gift Card makes a great gift for that hard to buy for friend, family member or colleague. They are also a fantastic way to reward employees or students with organisational gifts and incentives.

There is no cost for the card. Customers only pay for the amount they wish to load onto the card.

  • When you join the Goondiwindi Chamber of Commerce your business will enjoy FREE participation in the Grow Gundy Gift Card program. Please note, you will need an EFTPOS machine to participate.

  • Redemptions are processed the same way as any normal savings EFTPOS transaction, using the PIN located on the back of the card. The card’s funds are then released from a Cuscal trust account and are sent into your EFTPOS account.

  • The cards are manufactured to international standards and conform to ISO Standard 7810. The cards will work in all EFTPOS Machines within Australia. They are made to the same standard as any of the bank issued debit style cards. We have never found an EFTPOS terminal that could not accept our cards.

  • If you know the card number then your card can be replaced. Firstly, you need to register your card at https://www.whyleavetown.com/register-card

  • If you register your Grow Gundy Gift Card you will receive a text message or email when your card is approaching its expiry date. That way you won’t forget to use it!

Grow Gundy For Customers

Why Leave Town gift cards are aimed at encouraging local shopping and so can only be spent at participating local businesses. You cannot use this card in businesses that have not signed up for the program.

You also cannot use the card in businesses that are in our other Why Leave Town Gift Card Programs.

The whole idea of the Why Leave Town Gift Card is that it can only be spent in the participating businesses of that town…hence keeping the money local!
